BalanceFlow Is Now Available

BalanceFlow was created to make working with financial data a little less painful. Exported data rarely comes in exactly the format you need, and seemingly simple tasks can quickly turn into hours of editing spreadsheets, fixing dates, adjusting amounts, and reorganizing transactions.

Our goal with BalanceFlow is simple: turn messy exported data into clean, usable files with as little manual work as possible.

What You Can Do

With BalanceFlow, you can upload your data, apply a predefined transformation template, review the result, and export a file ready for the next step in your workflow.

Templates can handle common transformations such as:

• Reformatting dates and timestamps

• Converting amounts into the required format

• Renaming and reorganizing columns

• Expanding transactions into multiple rows

• Removing unnecessary data

• Preparing exports for accounting and other business tools

And when a standard template isn't quite right, BalanceFlow gives you the flexibility to customize the transformation for your particular workflow.

Just the Beginning

This first release is intentionally focused. Rather than trying to support every platform and workflow from day one, we're starting with a smaller collection of useful templates and expanding from there.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be adding more templates, documentation, examples, and transformation capabilities.
